Including the following information helps us find the cause faster:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About)
- The version of Swipee
- What happened and on which screen; a screenshot, if possible
Organizing
- Swipe left to add a photo to the delete queue; swipe right to keep it. If you swipe the wrong way, tap Undo.
- Swipe up to add to Favorites; swipe down to add to the selected album (tap “Select album” first).
- Photo comparison: Settings → Compare similar photos. It places side by side photos taken within 3 seconds of each other. Tap a photo to enlarge it; the check mark keeps it and the trash can adds it to the delete queue. Groups are not guaranteed to contain similar content.
- Content / people grouping: choose the grouping method and a date; each batch checks 100 photos stored on the device. Review the results, then select photos and add them to an album. People grouping may be inaccurate.
- Quick Scan (Beta): first choose the range and types to check, review the suggestions and their reasons, then decide for yourself. iCloud originals that have not been downloaded may be skipped.
- Confirming deletion: open the delete queue, tap a photo to enlarge it, and tap Undo to keep it. Actual deletion still requires Apple’s system confirmation.
Tutorial and language
Settings → How to use lets you rewatch the four-direction animations and the explanation of each organizing tool. At the top of Settings you can choose “System / English / Traditional Chinese”. If the system language is not supported, English is used.
The new logo, animated tutorial and follow-system language are currently complete in a local candidate build, and the App Store update is still awaiting submission for review; the version downloaded from the store may not include these updates yet.
