來信時附上以下資訊，可以更快找到原因：

• iPhone 型號與 iOS 版本（「設定」→「一般」→「關於本機」）
• Swipee 的版本
• 發生了什麼事、在哪個畫面，可以的話附上截圖

整理操作

• 左滑加入待刪；右滑保留。滑錯可按「復原」。
• 上滑加入最愛；下滑加入已選相簿，需先按「選擇相簿」。
• 照片比對：設定 → 相似照片比對。將相鄰拍攝時間相隔 3 秒內的照片並排；點照片放大，勾勾保留，垃圾桶加入待刪。分組不保證內容相似。
• 內容／人物分類：選分類方式與日期，每批檢查 100 張本機照片，確認結果後選取並加入相簿。人物分組可能不準確。
• 快速掃描（Beta）：先選檢查範圍和類型，查看建議與理由後自己決定。未下載的 iCloud 原圖可能略過。
• 刪除確認：開啟待刪清單，點照片放大，按復原保留；實際刪除仍需 Apple 系統確認。

教學與語言

設定 → 操作教學可重看四方向動畫與各整理工具說明。設定頁上方提供「跟隨系統／English／繁體中文」。未支援的系統語言會使用英文。

新版 Logo、動畫教學與跟隨系統語言目前已完成本機候選版，App Store 更新仍待送審；商店下載版可能尚未包含這些更新。

Organizing, tutorials and language

Swipe left to queue, right to keep, up to favorite, and down to add to an album selected first. Undo reverses the last swipe. In Settings, Compare photos groups consecutive shots using capture times within 3 seconds; tap to inspect and choose Keep or Queue. Group by content checks 100 downloaded photos per batch; review subject or people suggestions before filing. Quick Scan is an optional Beta tool, and suggestions may be wrong. Deletion always requires system confirmation.

Settings → How to use Swipee explains the tools with four-direction animations. Language at the top of Settings offers System, English and Traditional Chinese, falling back to English when no supported system language is available. The new logo, animated tutorials and System language option are currently in a local candidate build; the App Store update is pending submission.
