歡迎使用 Swipee（以下稱「我們」）。我們重視您的隱私。本隱私權政策說明您使用 Swipee App 時，App 會處理哪些資料、資料存放在哪裡，以及您可以如何管理這些資料。

2. App 處理的資訊

您在 App 中瀏覽和整理的照片與影片（所有分析均在您的裝置上完成）

2.2 我們不收集的資訊

Swipee 沒有內建分析、廣告或追蹤 SDK，不需要註冊帳號，也不會把您的使用紀錄、照片或整理資料傳送給我們。若您在 iOS 設定中同意與 App 開發者分享分析資料，Apple 可能依其政策向我們提供當機報告等診斷資訊。

2.3 照片圖庫存取

Swipee 需要存取您的照片圖庫以顯示、整理和管理您的照片。照片不會上傳到我們的伺服器或任何第三方 AI 服務。瀏覽儲存在 iCloud 的照片或影片時，Apple「照片」框架可能從 iCloud 下載檔案；快速掃描只分析可以從本機讀取的照片，無法從本機讀取的 iCloud 照片可能會略過。

2.4 位置資料

Swipee 會讀取照片中嵌入的 GPS 後設資料以顯示拍攝地點。顯示地點名稱時，座標會透過 Apple 的地理編碼服務轉換為地名。Swipee 不會取得您的即時位置，也不會在我們的伺服器上儲存位置資料。

2.5 裝置端分析

4. 資料儲存與安全

您的滑動記錄、相簿偏好、整理資料與掃描設定均儲存在您的裝置本地（例如 UserDefaults）。我們不營運任何儲存您個人資料的伺服器。使用 Swipee 不需要建立帳號。

5. 使用的 Apple 框架與服務

Photos Framework — 存取和管理您的照片圖庫；瀏覽 iCloud 媒體時可能下載檔案
Vision Framework — 裝置端圖片分類、人臉偵測、相似度比對與文字辨識
CoreLocation — 透過 Apple 的地理編碼服務，將照片 GPS 座標轉換為地名
AVKit — 影片播放

6. 刪除照片

Swipee 不會自動刪除照片。實際刪除需要您在 Apple「照片」的系統確認視窗中同意，刪除後的項目會進入系統的「最近刪除」相簿，並依 Apple 的規則處理。

7. 兒童隱私

Swipee 不會故意收集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資訊。如果您認為我們已收集了 13 歲以下兒童的資訊，請立即與我們聯繫。

8. 資料保留

1. Introduction

Welcome to Swipee (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data the Swipee app handles, where it is stored, and how you can manage it.

2. Information the App Handles

2.1 Information Created in the App

Photos and videos you browse and organize (all analysis happens on your device)
Album names, album order and display preferences
Swipe history, items marked for deletion and other organizing decisions
Quick Scan settings and items you have already reviewed

2.2 Information We Do Not Collect

Swipee has no analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs, requires no account, and does not send your usage history, photos or organizing data to us. If you have chosen in iOS Settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may provide us with diagnostic information such as crash reports under its own policies.

2.3 Photo Library Access

Swipee needs access to your photo library to display, organize and manage your photos. Photos are never uploaded to our servers or to any third-party AI service. When you browse photos or videos stored in iCloud, Apple’s Photos framework may download them from iCloud. Quick Scan only analyzes photos that can be read on the device; iCloud photos that are not available locally may be skipped.

2.4 Location Data

Swipee reads GPS metadata embedded in your photos to show where they were taken. To display a place name, the coordinates are converted by Apple’s geocoding service. Swipee does not access your current location and does not store location data on our servers.

2.5 On-Device Analysis

Swipee uses Apple’s Vision framework on your device for:

Classifying photo content (e.g., food, animals, landscapes) for category suggestions
Detecting and comparing faces for people-grouping suggestions; Swipee does not identify anyone by name
Comparing image similarity for photo comparison and Quick Scan (Beta)
Recognizing text to help Quick Scan identify likely screenshots

All analysis runs on your device and no photo data is sent to an external server. Results may be inaccurate and are suggestions only.

3. How We Use This Information

This information is used only on your device to:

Provide photo browsing, swiping and organizing features
Generate category, people-grouping and Quick Scan suggestions
Display photo metadata (date, location)
Save your progress and preferences

4. Data Storage & Security

Your swipe history, album preferences, organizing data and scan settings are stored locally on your device (e.g., in UserDefaults). We do not operate any server that stores your personal data. No account is required to use Swipee.

5. Apple Frameworks and Services Used

Photos Framework — for accessing and managing your photo library; may download iCloud media when you browse it
Vision Framework — for on-device image classification, face detection, similarity comparison and text recognition
CoreLocation — for converting photo GPS coordinates into place names through Apple’s geocoding service
AVKit — for video playback

6. Deleting Photos

Swipee never deletes photos automatically. Deletion requires your approval in Apple’s Photos system confirmation, and deleted items move to the system’s Recently Deleted album, where Apple’s rules apply.

7. Children’s Privacy

Swipee does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

8. Data Retention

All app data is stored locally on your device until you delete it. You can undo swipe decisions or unmark items pending deletion in the app; uninstalling the app removes the organizing data it stores. Your photo library and albums remain managed by Apple Photos.

9. Your Choices

You can:

View your progress, undo swipe decisions or unmark items pending deletion in the app
Uninstall the app to remove the organizing data it stores
Change or revoke photo library access in your device Settings
Contact us at any time with questions about data handling

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will update the date on this page. Your continued use of Swipee after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
