1. Acceptance

By downloading or using SamePhoto (“the App”) you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

2. The Service

The App provides example techniques and photo lessons, a guided camera (composition lines, live position coaching, reference overlays, filters and an aperture effect), and photo editing. All processing happens on your device.

3. One-Time Purchase

The App is a paid download with all features included, without in-app purchases, subscriptions or ads. The price shown in the App Store applies. Apple handles payments and refunds. On a new device, download the App again using the Apple Account used for the original purchase.

4. Your Content

Everything you capture, import and edit belongs to you. When you use someone else’s photo as a reference, make sure you have the right to do so. Example and lesson images are AI illustrations intended as references for photography practice.

5. Safety

Stay safe while shooting: don’t stand in traffic, cross barriers, climb, or force pets into poses. Tutorials are guidance only and don’t guarantee identical results.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”. Please save important work to your photo library regularly.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
