1. Introduction

SamePhoto (“the App”) is a composition camera. It requires no account and does not provide cloud storage for your photos or videos. This policy explains which permissions the App uses and where your data stays.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect, upload or share any personal data, including:

Photos and videos you take or import
Your reference photos, favorites and edit settings
Usage data, device identifiers, advertising identifiers or location The App contains no analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs.

3. Permissions

Camera Used to take photos and to preview filters, guides, the aperture effect and reference photos live. Used only while the camera is open. The App does not use the microphone.

Photos (add only) Used only to save your finished photos and videos to your library. The App does not ask to read your whole library.

Photo picker Imports use the system photo picker, so the App only receives the items you choose.

4. Data Storage

Original photos/videos, references, edit recipes and exports are stored in the App’s folder on your device. Images shared from other apps are kept temporarily in on-device storage shared with the App’s share extension and removed once added. Exports have location metadata removed. Deleting the App deletes this data; items already saved to the Photos app are not affected.

5. Shared Links

If you share a web link instead of an image, the App only shows the address as text. It never downloads web pages or social media content.

Example Content Updates

At launch, the App checks for example content updates over HTTPS at resume.app.charonyu.cc and downloads new example photos and outlines. This process does not upload your photos, videos, references, favorites or edit settings. Downloaded content is cached on your device and removed when you delete the App. Requests include standard connection information such as your IP address, which the website and network service providers process to serve the content. The App does not use these requests for advertising tracking.

6. App Purchase

The App is a paid download with all features included. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Apple handles payments and refunds. The App does not receive your payment details or Apple ID information.

7. Children

The App does not collect personal data from anyone, including children under 13.

8. Changes

If we ever add a feature that transmits data, we will update this policy and tell you in the App first.
