1. 接受條款

PassSize（以下稱本 App）由 Charonyu（App Store 賣家名稱：Cheng Yu Chiang，臺灣）開發與提供。下載或使用本 App 即表示你同意本條款。本條款補充 Apple 的標準授權合約（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）；兩者不一致時，於法律允許範圍內以 Apple 標準授權合約為準。如果你不同意，請勿使用本 App。

2. 服務內容

本 App 提供照片與 PDF 壓縮、限制長寬、格式轉換（HEIC、JPG、PNG、PDF）、照片轉 PDF、合併與整理 PDF、文件掃描、PDF 開啟密碼、私人保險箱，以及從分享選單直接處理檔案等功能。所有處理都在你的裝置上進行，檔案不會上傳到我們的伺服器。

3. 帳號

本 App 不需要註冊帳號。

4. 免費使用與永久解鎖

  • 免費版可完成 5 次處理。每完成一次壓縮、轉檔、合成或其他處理動作（一次可包含多個檔案）計為 1 次；把檔案存進私人保險箱不計次。免費次數記錄在你的裝置上，刪除 App 不一定會重設。
  • 「永久解鎖」為一次性購買的非消耗型項目，不是訂閱，不會自動續訂。購買後可不限次數使用各項處理功能。價格以 App 內與 Apple 購買確認畫面為準（台灣為 NT$60），可能因地區而異。
  • 付款由你的 Apple 帳號支付並由 Apple 處理；退款請依 Apple 的退款政策與流程申請。
  • 換新手機或重新安裝時，可在「設定」使用同一個 Apple 帳號「恢復購買」。分享選單中無法購買，請開啟 PassSize App 完成購買。

5. 你的檔案與責任

  • 你處理的照片、PDF 與掃描文件都屬於你。請只處理你有權使用的檔案。
  • 壓縮會降低畫質或縮小尺寸，PDF 超過目標大小時可能轉為影像頁面。我們會盡力達到你設定的目標，但不保證結果一定符合各網站或機關的上傳規定，送件前請自行確認結果。
  • 處理後請保留原始檔案。重要文件請自行備份。

6. 私人保險箱

  • 保險箱的檔案保存在這支裝置的 App 儲存空間，App 不會把它們同步到其他裝置，也不會出現在照片 App 中（iOS 裝置備份可能包含 App 資料，依你的備份設定而定）。刪除 App 會一併移除保險箱的檔案。
  • 若使用 App 專用密碼並忘記密碼，唯一的處理方式是清除保險箱內所有檔案並重新設定。我們無法替你找回密碼或還原檔案。

7. 禁止行為

你同意不會：

  • 對 App 進行逆向工程、反編譯或反組譯（法律明確允許者除外）
  • 將 App 用於偽造、變造文件或其他違法目的
  • 企圖規避購買或免費次數機制
  • 重新散布或轉售 App 或其任何元件

8. 智慧財產權

本 App 的程式、介面設計、圖示與其他素材屬於開發者或其授權方。除 Apple 標準授權合約允許的使用外，不得複製或散布。

9. 免責聲明

本 App 依「現況」提供。在法律允許的範圍內，我們不保證 App 完全沒有錯誤或中斷，也不保證處理結果符合特定用途。

10. 責任限制

在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，對於因使用或無法使用本 App 所生的間接、附帶、特殊或後果性損害（包括檔案遺失、送件失敗或資料損失），我們不負賠償責任。法律不允許排除或限制的責任，不受本條影響。

11. 條款變更

我們可能更新本條款，並更新本頁日期。更新後繼續使用即表示同意新條款。

12. 準據法與管轄

本條款受中華民國（臺灣）法律管轄並據此解釋。因本條款所生爭議，雙方同意以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院，但不影響你依所在地強制性法律享有的權利。

1. Acceptance

PassSize (“the App”) is developed and provided by Charonyu (App Store seller: Cheng Yu Chiang, Taiwan). By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms. These terms supplement Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA); where they conflict, the Standard EULA prevails to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. The Service

The App compresses photos and PDFs, limits dimensions, converts formats (HEIC, JPG, PNG, PDF), turns photos into PDFs, combines and organizes PDFs, scans documents, adds PDF open passwords, provides a Private Vault, and processes files directly from the share sheet. All processing happens on your device and files are never uploaded to our servers.

3. Accounts

No account is required.

4. Free Uses and Lifetime Unlock

  • The free version includes 5 processing runs. Each completed compress, convert, combine or other processing action (which may include several files) counts as one; saving files to the Private Vault does not count. The free-use count is stored on your device and may not reset when you delete the App.
  • “Lifetime Unlock” is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, not a subscription, and never renews. It removes the limit on processing. The price is shown in the App and on Apple’s purchase confirmation (NT$60 in Taiwan) and may vary by region.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account and processed by Apple; refunds follow Apple’s refund policy and process.
  • On a new device or after reinstalling, use “Restore Purchase” in Settings with the same Apple Account. Purchases cannot be made from the share sheet; open the PassSize app to buy.

5. Your Files and Responsibilities

  • The photos, PDFs and scans you process belong to you. Only process files you have the right to use.
  • Compression reduces quality or dimensions, and PDFs over the target size may be converted to image pages. We do our best to reach your target, but we don’t guarantee the result meets any particular website’s or agency’s upload rules; please check the result before submitting.
  • Keep your original files and back up important documents.

6. Private Vault

  • Vault files are stored in the App’s storage on this device. The App does not sync them to other devices, and they never appear in the Photos app (iOS device backups may include app data, depending on your backup settings). Deleting the App also removes vault files.
  • If you use the app passcode and forget it, the only option is to erase every file in the vault and start over. We cannot recover the passcode or the files for you.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App (except where the law expressly permits)
  • Use the App to forge or alter documents or for any other unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent the purchase or free-use mechanism
  • Redistribute or resell the App or any of its components

8. Intellectual Property

The App’s code, interface design, icons and other assets belong to the developer or its licensors. Except as permitted by Apple’s Standard EULA, they may not be copied or distributed.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the App is error-free or uninterrupted, or that results are fit for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including lost files, failed submissions or data loss) arising from the use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms and will update the date on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). The Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for disputes arising from these terms, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the laws where you live.
