怎麼把照片壓到網站要求的大小？

點「選擇照片或檔案」→ 選照片 →「壓到指定大小」，選 500 KB／1 MB／2 MB 或自訂大小，按「開始壓縮」。也可以在「進階選項」直接輸入網站的限制，例如「限制 2MB」「1200×1200」。

壓完還是超過目標？

結果頁會標示「超過目標」。請開啟「自動調整尺寸」、關閉「盡量保持清晰度」，或在進階選項限制長寬後再試一次。PDF 超過目標時會轉成影像頁面以縮小檔案。

不打開 App 也能用嗎？

可以。在照片或檔案 App 選取照片／PDF → 分享 → PassSize。第一次使用請在分享選單最右邊點「更多」把它加入常用。

忘記保險箱的 App 密碼

在解鎖畫面點「忘記密碼？」。為了保護隱私，App 會清除保險箱內所有檔案並重新設定，無法復原，也無法由我們協助找回。

購買後如何在新手機恢復？

到「設定」→「永久解鎖」→「恢復購買」，使用同一個 Apple 帳號即可。

如何切換語言或深色模式？

到「設定」→「外觀與語言」，支援繁體中文、English、日本語、한국어，選好立即生效。

How do I shrink a photo to a site’s limit?

Tap “Choose Photos or Files” → pick photos → “Compress to Size”, choose 500 KB / 1 MB / 2 MB or a custom size, then “Start Compressing”. In Advanced Options you can also type the site’s limit, such as “max 2MB” or “1200×1200”.

It’s still over the target

The result screen marks files that are over target. Turn on Auto Resize, turn off Keep It Sharp, or limit the dimensions and try again. PDFs over the target are converted to image pages to shrink them.

Can I use it without opening the app?

Yes. Select photos or PDFs in Photos or Files → Share → PassSize. The first time, tap “More” at the end of the share sheet to add it to your favorites.

I forgot the vault’s app passcode

Tap “Forgot Passcode?” on the unlock screen. To protect your privacy, the app erases every file in the vault and starts over. This cannot be undone and we cannot recover it for you.

How do I restore my purchase?

Go to Settings → Unlock Forever → Restore Purchase while signed in with the same Apple Account.

Language and dark mode

Go to Settings → Appearance & Language. Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean are available and apply instantly.
