隱私政策｜PassSize

PassSize 是在 iPhone 上壓縮照片與 PDF、製作送件文件的 App。此政策說明目前版本如何處理你的檔案。

檔案在裝置上處理

你選擇的照片、PDF 與掃描文件，壓縮、轉檔、合成 PDF、加密等處理都在你的 iPhone 上完成。PassSize 不會把檔案傳送到經營者或任何第三方的伺服器。處理結果保存在 App 的儲存空間，你可以在設定中清除處理紀錄。

私人保險箱

存進保險箱的檔案保存在 App 的儲存空間，並套用 iOS 的檔案完整保護。選擇 Face ID／手機密碼時，驗證由 iOS 處理，App 無法取得你的生物辨識資料。選擇 App 專用密碼時，密碼只以加鹽雜湊存在本機 Keychain，無法被還原；忘記密碼時，App 會清除保險箱內所有檔案。保險箱的檔案不會出現在照片 App 中。

權限

照片：透過系統照片選擇器挑選你指定的照片，儲存成果時會要求加入照片的權限。相機：用於拍照與掃描文件。Face ID：用於解鎖私人保險箱。你可以隨時在 iOS 設定中調整或撤銷。

分享延伸功能

從其他 App 的分享選單使用 PassSize 時，檔案同樣只在裝置上處理。

帳號、追蹤與第三方

PassSize 不需要註冊帳號，沒有廣告、分析 SDK 或跨 App 追蹤，也不會向經營者收集你的個人資料。

App 內購買

「永久解鎖」為可選的非消耗型一次購買，由 Apple App Store 處理付款與退款。免費使用次數記錄在你的裝置上（包含 Keychain）。PassSize 不會取得你的付款資料。

只有在你主動選擇分享、儲存到檔案或相簿時，檔案才會交給你選擇的 App 或服務，後續處理適用該服務的隱私政策。

保留與刪除

你可以隨時刪除處理紀錄與保險箱中的檔案。刪除 App 會移除其本機資料；免費次數與 App 密碼雜湊可能保留在裝置 Keychain 中。

PassSize is an iPhone app for compressing photos and PDFs and preparing documents for upload. This policy explains how the current version handles your files.

Files are processed on your device

Compressing, converting, combining into PDF and encrypting all happen on your iPhone. PassSize never sends your files to our servers or to any third party. Results are stored in the app’s storage, and you can clear the history in Settings.

Private Vault

Files in the vault are stored in the app’s storage with iOS Complete File Protection. With Face ID / device passcode, authentication is handled by iOS and the app never receives biometric data. With the app passcode, only a salted hash is kept in the device Keychain and it cannot be recovered; if you forget it, the app erases every file in the vault. Vault files never appear in the Photos app.

Permissions

Photos: pick specific photos with the system picker; adding results to your library asks for permission. Camera: taking photos and scanning documents. Face ID: unlocking the Private Vault. You can change these anytime in iOS Settings.

When you use PassSize from another app’s share sheet, files are likewise processed only on your device.

Accounts, tracking and third parties

No account is required. There are no ads, analytics SDKs or cross-app tracking, and we do not collect personal data.

In-app purchase

“Lifetime Unlock” is an optional one-time, non-consumable purchase handled by the Apple App Store, including payment and refunds. The free-use count is stored on your device (including the Keychain). PassSize never receives your payment details.

Files are handed to another app or service only when you choose to share or save them, and that service’s privacy policy then applies.

Retention and deletion

You can delete history and vault files at any time. Deleting the app removes its local data; the free-use count and app passcode hash may remain in the device Keychain.
