Creating and completing habits
Add a habit and set its name, its daily, weekly or monthly frequency, its target count and a color. You can record completions from the list or from an interactive widget, and review the calendar and streaks on the habit’s detail page.
Reminders are not appearing
Turn on reminders in the app’s settings, then set a reminder time on each habit’s edit page. If the system has denied notifications, enable notifications for Habit Grow in iOS Settings. Focus modes and Notification Summary can also affect when notifications are shown.
Widgets
Touch and hold the Home Screen on your iPhone to add a Habit Grow widget. The single-habit widget is free; the multi-habit widget requires Pro. If the data is not updating, open the app first to confirm your records, and check which habit the widget has selected.
Pro and Restore Purchase
Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Using the Apple Account you originally purchased with, choose “Restore Purchase” in Settings or on the Pro purchase screen. Restoring a purchase restores only the features and does not restore habit history. Refund requests are handled by Apple; you can submit one through Apple’s Report a Problem.
Data and deletion
Habit records are stored on your device, and the app has no built-in cross-device sync. You can delete individual habits and their completion records. Before deleting the app, make sure you do not need the data. We cannot recover records from a server.
Language and appearance
In Settings, choose Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean or Follow System for language, and Light, Dark or Follow System for appearance.
