1. 接受條款

Job Pocket（以下稱本 App）由 Charonyu（App Store 賣家名稱：Cheng Yu Chiang，臺灣）開發與提供。下載或使用本 App 即表示你同意本條款與 隱私權政策。本 App 適用 Apple 的標準授權合約（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）；本條款為其補充，兩者不一致時，於法律允許範圍內以 Apple 標準授權合約為準。如果你不同意，請勿使用本 App。

2. 服務內容

本 App 協助你儲存在求職網站上看到的職缺、在「探索」瀏覽知名公司的公開職缺、整理職缺重點、依你的求職偏好估算適合度、整理履歷、撰寫求職信、管理投遞進度，並提供面試重點、語音模擬面試與面試報告。我們可能新增、調整或移除功能。

3. 帳號

  • 你可以以訪客身分使用基本功能，也可以選擇使用 Apple 登入。訂閱 Pro 需要先使用 Apple 登入，以便在換手機時恢復權益。
  • 你可以在「個人 → 設定」刪除帳號與所有資料。刪除帳號不會自動取消 Apple 訂閱，請另至 Apple 的訂閱設定取消。

4. 免費額度與 JobPocket Pro

  • 免費版每個日曆月提供 25 次職缺分析額度（履歷整理共用此額度）、3 封求職信，以及 1 次 2 題的語音模擬面試體驗。服務另有每日處理量與請求頻率上限。
  • JobPocket Pro 為自動續訂訂閱，提供月訂閱與年訂閱（台灣為每月 NT$180 或每年 NT$1,490；其他地區以 App Store 顯示為準）。Pro 每個日曆月提供 200 次職缺分析額度、200 封求職信，以及 8 次完整語音模擬面試（每次約 15–20 分鐘、5–8 題）與書面報告。各項額度依 App 內顯示為準。
  • 費用在確認購買時從你的 Apple 帳號收取。除非在目前週期結束前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂，否則訂閱會以相同方案自動續訂，續訂費用會在週期結束前 24 小時內收取。
  • 你可以隨時在裝置的「設定」>「Apple 帳號」>「訂閱項目」管理或取消訂閱；取消後於目前計費期結束時停止續訂。
  • 付款、退款與交易由 Apple 處理，退款請依 Apple 的退款政策與流程申請。若 Apple 退款或撤銷交易，Pro 權益會停止。

5. AI 功能

  • AI 分析、履歷整理、求職信、面試重點與語音模擬面試僅供年滿 18 歲的使用者使用，且需要你明確同意將必要資料傳送給 AI 服務處理。你可以隨時在設定中撤回同意。資料處理方式請見隱私權政策。
  • AI 產生的職缺重點、適合度分數、履歷整理結果、求職信、面試重點、面試題目、評分與建議僅供參考，可能不完整或不正確，不構成職涯、法律、薪資或其他專業建議，也不代表任何公司的實際面試流程或錄取標準。是否投遞或如何準備，請自行判斷，並以職缺原始頁面與公司正式資訊為準。
  • 求職信依你提供的履歷與職缺撰寫，送出前請自行確認內容正確、符合事實，並為你寄出的內容負責。
  • 模擬面試中的面試官（包括其名稱、肖像與聲音）為 App 設計的虛擬角色，聲音由語音合成產生，不代表任何真實公司或人員。
  • 請勿在職缺內容或履歷中輸入身分證字號、密碼、銀行帳號等不必要的敏感資料，也不要輸入你無權分享的他人資料。

6. 第三方求職網站與內容

  • 本 App 是獨立開發的工具，並非 104、LinkedIn、Cake、Yourator、1111、Glassdoor、Greenhouse、Lever、Ashby 等網站的官方 App。這些名稱與商標屬於各自的權利人。
  • 「探索」中的職缺來自各公司在 Greenhouse、Lever、Ashby 上的公開職缺頁，公司名稱與識別圖示屬於各公司，列出不代表該公司與本 App 有合作、贊助或背書關係。本 App 不代為投遞，應徵請在原始職缺頁進行。公司基本資料整理自 Wikidata 與 Wikipedia，可能不完整或已過時。
  • 職缺與公司資訊來自第三方網站的公開頁面或你主動分享的內容，其權利屬於原網站或原權利人。本 App 只為你個人整理與參考之用，我們不保證這些資訊正確、完整或仍然有效。
  • 使用第三方網站時，請遵守該網站的使用條款。前往第三方網站或使用其服務時，適用該網站的條款與隱私政策。

7. 功能許願與社群規範

  • 你在「通知 → 社群與更新」送出的功能許願會立即公開給其他使用者，不經事前審核，並顯示你在求職偏好設定的暱稱。你須對自己張貼的內容負責。你保有許願內容的權利，並授權我們為提供與改善服務而顯示、保存與使用這些內容。
  • 禁止張貼色情、暴力威脅、仇恨、騷擾、詐騙、垃圾訊息、侵害他人隱私或權利的內容，也請勿張貼個人聯絡資料、履歷、公司內部資訊或第三人的敏感資料。
  • 你可以刪除自己的許願，也可以在內容選單檢舉不當內容或封鎖作者，或寄信至下方信箱檢舉。我們收到檢舉或發現違規時，會移除違規內容，嚴重或重複違規者會被停權。

8. 禁止行為

你同意不會：

  • 對 App 或伺服器進行逆向工程、反編譯、干擾或未經授權的存取（法律明確允許者除外）
  • 以自動化方式大量呼叫服務、規避額度或購買機制
  • 將 App 用於違法目的，或侵害他人權利
  • 重新散布或轉售 App 或其內容

9. 智慧財產權

本 App 的程式、介面設計、圖示與其他素材屬於開發者或其授權方。你在 App 中輸入的履歷、偏好與紀錄屬於你。

10. 免責聲明

本 App 與服務依「現狀」及「可提供」狀態提供。在法律允許的範圍內，我們不保證服務不中斷、無錯誤，也不保證能讀取所有職缺頁面或 AI 服務隨時可用。

11. 責任限制

在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，對於因使用或無法使用本 App、依賴 AI 產生內容或第三方網站內容所生的間接、附帶、特殊或後果性損害（包括求職結果、錯失機會或資料遺失），我們不負賠償責任。法律不允許排除或限制的責任，不受本條影響。

12. 服務終止

你可以隨時停止使用並刪除帳號。若你違反本條款，我們可以移除相關內容或停止提供服務。

13. 條款變更

我們可能更新本條款，並更新本頁日期；如有重大變更，會在適當情況下於 App 內通知。更新後繼續使用即表示同意新條款。

14. 準據法與管轄

本條款受中華民國（臺灣）法律管轄並據此解釋。因本條款所生爭議，雙方同意以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院，但不影響你依所在地強制性法律享有的權利。

1. Acceptance

Job Pocket (“the App”) is developed and provided by Charonyu (App Store seller: Cheng Yu Chiang, Taiwan). By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. The App is licensed under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA); these terms supplement it, and where they conflict, the Standard EULA prevails to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. The Service

The App helps you save jobs you find on job sites, browse public openings from well-known companies in Discover, summarize job details, estimate fit against your job preferences, organize your résumé, write cover letters, track applications, and prepare with interview prep pages, voice mock interviews and interview reports. We may add, change or remove features.

3. Accounts

  • You can use basic features as a guest, or choose Sign in with Apple. Subscribing to Pro requires Sign in with Apple so you can restore it on a new phone.
  • You can delete your account and all data in Profile → Settings. Deleting your account does not cancel your Apple subscription; cancel it separately in Apple’s subscription settings.

4. Free Allowance and JobPocket Pro

  • The free plan includes, per calendar month, 25 job analyses (shared with résumé import), 3 cover letters and one two-question trial voice mock interview. The service also has daily volume and request-rate limits.
  • JobPocket Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered monthly or yearly (NT$180 per month or NT$1,490 per year in Taiwan; other regions as shown on the App Store). Pro includes, per calendar month, 200 job analyses, 200 cover letters and 8 full voice mock interviews (about 15–20 minutes and 5–8 questions each) with written reports. Allowances are as shown in the App.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically on the same plan unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel at any time in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions; cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period.
  • Payment, refunds and transactions are handled by Apple; refunds follow Apple’s refund policy and process. If Apple refunds or revokes a transaction, Pro access ends.

5. AI Features

  • AI analysis, résumé import, cover letters, interview prep and voice mock interviews are only for users 18 or older, and require your explicit consent to send the necessary data to AI services for processing. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
  • AI-generated job summaries, fit scores, résumé results, cover letters, interview prep, interview questions, scores and suggestions are for reference only, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not career, legal, salary or other professional advice. They do not represent any company’s actual interview process or hiring criteria. Decide for yourself whether and how to apply, and rely on the original job posting and official company information.
  • Cover letters are written from the résumé and job you provide. Check that a letter is accurate and truthful before you send it; you are responsible for what you send.
  • The mock interviewers (including their names, portraits and voices) are fictional characters designed for the App, with synthesized voices; they do not represent any real company or person.
  • Do not enter unnecessary sensitive data such as national ID numbers, passwords or bank account numbers in job content or your résumé, or other people’s data you are not entitled to share.

6. Third-Party Job Sites and Content

  • The App is an independent tool and is not the official app of 104, LinkedIn, Cake, Yourator, 1111, Glassdoor, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or any other site. Those names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
  • Openings in Discover come from companies’ public Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby job boards. Company names and logos belong to those companies, and listing a company does not mean it partners with, sponsors or endorses the App. The App does not apply on your behalf; apply on the original posting. Company facts are compiled from Wikidata and Wikipedia and may be incomplete or out of date.
  • Job and company information comes from public pages on third-party sites or content you share, and belongs to those sites or rights holders. The App organizes it for your personal reference only, and we do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or still valid.
  • Please follow each site’s terms of use. When you visit or use a third-party site, its own terms and privacy policy apply.

7. Feature Wishes and Community Rules

  • Feature wishes you submit in Notifications → Community & Updates are published immediately to other users without prior review, with the nickname from your job preferences. You are responsible for what you post. You keep your rights in your wishes and allow us to display, store and use them to provide and improve the service.
  • Sexual content, violent threats, hate, harassment, scams, spam, and content that invades others’ privacy or rights are prohibited. Do not post personal contact details, résumés, confidential company information or sensitive data about others.
  • You can delete your own wishes, report inappropriate content or block authors from the content menu, or report by email to the address below. When we receive a report or find a violation, we remove violating content, and serious or repeat violators are suspended.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with or gain unauthorized access to the App or its servers (except where the law expressly permits)
  • Call the service in bulk through automation, or circumvent allowances or purchase mechanisms
  • Use the App for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights
  • Redistribute or resell the App or its content

9. Intellectual Property

The App’s code, interface design, icons and other assets belong to the developer or its licensors. The résumé, preferences and records you enter belong to you.

10. Disclaimer

The App and service are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, that every job page can be read, or that AI services are always available.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including job-search outcomes, missed opportunities or data loss) arising from the use of or inability to use the App, or from reliance on AI-generated or third-party content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. If you violate these terms, we may remove related content or stop providing the service to you.

13. Changes

We may update these terms and will update the date on this page; for material changes we will notify you in the App where appropriate. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). The Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for disputes arising from these terms, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the laws where you live.
