1. 接受條款

PicSeek（以下稱本 App）由 Charonyu（App Store 賣家名稱：Cheng Yu Chiang，臺灣）開發與提供。下載或使用本 App 即表示你同意本條款與 隱私權政策。本條款補充 Apple 的標準授權合約（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）；兩者不一致時，於法律允許範圍內以 Apple 標準授權合約為準。如果你不同意，請勿使用本 App。

2. 服務內容

本 App 讓你用中文或英文的自然語言搜尋 iPhone 相簿，依照片的日期、地點、畫面內容與其中的文字找出照片。索引與搜尋在你的裝置上進行。我們可能新增、調整或移除功能。搜尋結果由自動辨識產生，可能不完整或不精確，僅供查找參考。

3. 帳號

本 App 不需要註冊帳號。搜尋索引只保存在你的裝置上，不會同步到其他裝置。

4. 免費版與付費方案

  • 免費版可為最多 1,000 張照片建立索引。
  • Personal、Plus、Max 為自動續訂的年訂閱，分別將可索引的照片上限提高到 2 萬、5 萬、10 萬張（台灣定價為每年 NT$399、NT$699、NT$999；其他地區以 App Store 顯示為準）。
  • 費用在確認購買時從你的 Apple 帳號收取。除非在目前週期結束前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂，否則訂閱會以相同方案自動續訂，續訂費用會在週期結束前 24 小時內收取。
  • 你可以隨時在裝置的「設定」>「Apple 帳號」>「訂閱項目」管理或取消訂閱；取消會在目前計費期結束時生效。
  • 付款、退款與交易由 Apple 處理，退款請依 Apple 的退款政策與流程申請。若 Apple 退款或撤銷購買，付費上限會停用，免費功能不受影響。
  • 使用同一個 Apple 帳號，可在購買頁「恢復購買」。
  • 訂閱到期、取消或未續訂後，已建立的索引會保留在你的裝置上，可搜尋的範圍回到目前方案的上限（免費版為 1,000 張）；重新訂閱即可恢復，不需要重新分析既有照片。

5. 你的內容

相簿中的照片屬於你。請只對你有權處理的照片使用本 App，並尊重他人的隱私與權利。

6. 開放原始碼元件

本 App 內含 Google 的 SigLIP 2 影像理解模型，依 Apache License 2.0 授權；我們已將模型轉換為 Core ML 並壓縮權重，以便在 iPhone 上執行。授權全文與修改說明可在 App 內「設定 → 開放原始碼授權」查看，原始模型見 huggingface.co/google/siglip2-base-patch16-256。

7. 禁止行為

你同意不會：對 App 進行逆向工程、反編譯或反組譯（法律明確允許者除外）；將 App 用於違法目的；企圖規避購買機制；重新散布或轉售 App。

8. 免責聲明

本 App 依「現狀」提供。在法律允許的範圍內，我們不保證 App 完全沒有錯誤或中斷，也不保證每一張照片都能被正確辨識或找到。

9. 責任限制

在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，對於因使用或無法使用本 App 所生的間接、附帶、特殊或後果性損害，我們不負賠償責任。法律不允許排除或限制的責任，不受本條影響。

10. 條款變更

我們可能更新本條款；重大變更時會更新頁面日期並在合理範圍內通知。變更後繼續使用即表示同意新條款。

1. Acceptance

PicSeek (the “App”) is developed and provided by Charonyu (App Store seller name: Cheng Yu Chiang, Taiwan). By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. These terms supplement Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where they conflict, and to the extent the law allows, Apple’s agreement prevails. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. The service

The App lets you search your iPhone photo library in natural language, in Chinese or English, by date, place, what is in the picture and any text in it. Indexing and search run on your device. We may add, change or remove features. Results come from automatic recognition and may be incomplete or imprecise; they are for finding photos only.

3. Accounts

The App needs no account. The search index is stored only on your device and is not synced to other devices.

4. Free tier and paid plans

  • The free tier can index up to 1,000 photos.
  • Personal, Plus and Max are auto-renewing yearly subscriptions that raise the indexing limit to 20,000, 50,000 and 100,000 photos (in Taiwan NT$399, NT$699 and NT$999 per year; other regions as shown in the App Store).
  • You are charged through your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically on the same plan, and the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel at any time in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your device; cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Payment, refunds and transactions are handled by Apple; request refunds through Apple’s refund policy and process. If Apple refunds or revokes a purchase, the paid limit is turned off and free features are unaffected.
  • With the same Apple Account you can use “Restore purchases” on the purchase screen.
  • After a subscription expires, is cancelled or is not renewed, the index you built stays on your device and what you can search returns to your current plan’s limit (1,000 photos on the free tier); resubscribing restores it without re-analyzing existing photos.

5. Your content

The photos in your library belong to you. Use the App only on photos you have the right to process, and respect other people’s privacy and rights.

6. Open-source components

The App includes Google’s SigLIP 2 image-understanding model under the Apache License 2.0; we converted it to Core ML and compressed its weights so it runs on iPhone. The full license and a statement of changes are in the App under Settings → Open-source licenses; the original model is at huggingface.co/google/siglip2-base-patch16-256.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App (except where the law expressly allows), use it for unlawful purposes, try to bypass the purchase mechanism, or redistribute or resell the App.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not warrant that it is free of errors or interruptions, or that every photo will be correctly recognized or found.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from using or being unable to use the App. Liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law is not affected by this section.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; for material changes we will update the date on this page and give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new terms.
