隱私權政策

Lumee: 最懂你的桌面工具APP・最後更新 2026-10-05

1. 前言

歡迎使用 Lumee（以下稱「我們」）。Lumee 是一款主畫面 Widget App，提供照片回憶、重要日子、天氣、日曆、世界時鐘、每日一句、步數、喝水、睡眠、組間休息、待辦事項、載具條碼、匯率、星座運勢與國際新聞等工具。本隱私權政策說明 Lumee 3.0 會處理哪些資料、資料存放在哪裡、會連線到哪些服務，以及您可以如何管理這些資料。

Lumee 不需要註冊帳號，沒有廣告，也沒有第三方分析或追蹤 SDK。

2. 存放在您裝置上的資料

  • 照片： 您透過系統照片選擇器挑選的照片，會複製到 Lumee 與 Widget 共用的 App 儲存空間，只用於顯示在 Widget 上，不會上傳到我們的伺服器。
  • Widget 設定： 重要日子的名稱與日期、世界時鐘城市、星座、匯率幣別、載具條碼號碼、喝水紀錄、組間休息設定、選用的風格等，儲存在您的裝置上。
  • iCloud 同步： Widget 的設定資料（不含照片檔案）會透過您的 iCloud 鍵值儲存同步，方便在新裝置上恢復。這些資料存放在您的 iCloud 帳號中，由 Apple 處理。

3. 需要您授權的資料

3.1 位置

Lumee 使用您的位置顯示當地天氣，只在使用 App 期間請求定位，並使用約一公里的精確度。App 啟動或回到前景時會嘗試更新天氣：

  • 座標會傳送給 Apple WeatherKit 取得天氣；若 WeatherKit 暫時無法使用，會改傳送給 Open-Meteo 取得天氣。天氣 Widget 也會以最近一次的座標向 Open-Meteo 查詢。
  • 城市名稱透過 Apple 的地理編碼服務取得。
  • 若您未授權定位或定位失敗，App 會向 ipapi.co 查詢依 IP 位址推估的大致位置（ipapi.co 會收到您的 IP 位址）。

位置與城市名稱只快取在您的裝置上，不會上傳到我們的伺服器。

3.2 健康資料（步數、睡眠）

如果您使用步數或睡眠工具，Lumee 會請求唯讀存取 Apple「健康」中的步數、活動能量、步行與跑步距離及睡眠分析資料，用於在 App 與 Widget 中顯示。Lumee 不會寫入健康資料，也不會將健康資料上傳到我們的伺服器或任何第三方。

3.3 提醒事項

如果您使用待辦事項工具，Lumee 會請求存取 Apple「提醒事項」，讀取尚未完成的項目標題顯示在 Widget 上。Lumee 不會修改您的提醒事項，也不會上傳這些內容。

3.4 通知

開啟通知後，Lumee 可在每天早上傳送本機通知（內容使用裝置上的天氣與運勢資料）。若您允許通知，App 也會向 Apple 註冊推播，並把推播裝置權杖連同匿名使用者 ID、App 版本與平台資訊傳送到我們的伺服器，用於發送公告與在背景更新 Widget。

4. 傳送到我們伺服器的資料

我們的伺服器只接收以下資料，不包含您的姓名、照片、位置或健康資料：

  • 匿名使用者 ID： 首次啟動時隨機產生，存在您的裝置與 iCloud 鍵值儲存中，App 啟動時會向伺服器登記。您可以在「我的 → 關於 LUMEE」查看與複製。
  • 使用統計： App 開啟與離開的事件、停留時間，以及隨機產生的訪客與工作階段 ID，用於了解使用情況與改善 App。目前 App 內沒有關閉此項的開關；如需刪除，請來信並附上使用者 ID。
  • 推播權杖： 如第 3.4 節所述，僅在您允許通知時傳送。
  • 意見回饋： 您在「聯絡我們」送出的訊息、選填的電子郵件，以及匿名使用者 ID。

5. 其他連線的服務

以下服務只會收到提供內容所需的請求，以及連線時必然附帶的 IP 位址等網路資訊，各服務依其隱私政策處理：

  • Apple WeatherKit — 天氣資料
  • Open-Meteo — 天氣資料（備援與 Widget 更新）
  • ipapi.co — 未授權定位時，依 IP 推估大致位置
  • open.er-api.com — 匯率資料（只傳送您選擇的基準幣別）
  • BBC News RSS — 國際新聞標題；點選新聞會在瀏覽器開啟 BBC 網站
  • Cloudflare R2 — 下載風格、橫幅與貼圖等素材設定
  • Apple StoreKit — 處理 App 內購買與兌換代碼

星座運勢與每日一句由 App 在裝置上產生，不需要連線到第三方。

6. App 內購買

Lumee Pro 透過 Apple App Store 購買，付款、退款與交易紀錄由 Apple 處理。Lumee 在裝置上向 Apple 確認您的購買權益，不會取得您的信用卡或付款資料。

7. 兒童隱私

Lumee 不會故意收集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資訊。如果您認為我們已收集了 13 歲以下兒童的資訊，請立即與我們聯繫。

8. 資料保留與刪除

  • 裝置上的照片與 Widget 設定會保存到您刪除 Widget 或刪除 App 為止。iCloud 中同步的 Widget 設定可透過 iOS 的 iCloud 儲存空間管理刪除。
  • 伺服器上的匿名使用者 ID、使用統計、推播權杖與意見回饋，會保留至服務營運不再需要或您要求刪除為止。請來信並附上「關於 LUMEE」中的使用者 ID，我們會刪除對應資料。

9. 您的權利

您可以：

  • 透過 iOS 設定隨時撤回位置、健康、提醒事項、照片或通知權限
  • 刪除 Widget、照片與 App 內資料
  • 來信要求查詢或刪除伺服器上與您的使用者 ID 相關的資料

10. 政策變更

我們可能會不時更新本隱私權政策，並更新本頁日期；如有重大變更，會在適當情況下於 App 內通知。在變更發布後繼續使用 Lumee 即表示接受更新的政策。

1. Introduction

Welcome to Lumee (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Lumee is a home-screen widget app with tools for photo memories, important days, weather, calendar, world clock, daily quotes, steps, water, sleep, rest timer, to-dos, invoice carrier barcode, exchange rates, horoscope and world news. This Privacy Policy explains what data Lumee 3.0 handles, where it is stored, which services it connects to, and how you can manage it.

Lumee requires no account, shows no ads, and contains no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

  • Photos: Photos you pick with the system photo picker are copied into storage shared by the app and its widgets, used only to display your widgets, and never uploaded to our servers.
  • Widget settings: Event names and dates, world clock cities, zodiac sign, currencies, invoice carrier code, water log, rest timer settings, your chosen style and similar settings are stored on your device.
  • iCloud sync: Widget settings (not photo files) are synced through your iCloud key-value storage so they can be restored on a new device. This data lives in your iCloud account and is handled by Apple.

3. Data That Requires Your Permission

3.1 Location

Lumee uses your location to show local weather. It asks for “While Using” access only and uses roughly one-kilometer accuracy. The app tries to refresh weather when it launches or returns to the foreground:

  • Coordinates are sent to Apple WeatherKit for weather; if WeatherKit is temporarily unavailable, they are sent to Open-Meteo instead. The weather widget also queries Open-Meteo with the most recent coordinates.
  • The city name is obtained through Apple’s geocoding service.
  • If you don’t grant location access or location fails, the app asks ipapi.co for an approximate location based on your IP address (ipapi.co receives your IP address).

Location and city name are cached only on your device and never uploaded to our servers.

3.2 Health Data (Steps, Sleep)

If you use the steps or sleep tools, Lumee requests read-only access to step count, active energy, walking + running distance and sleep analysis in Apple Health to display them in the app and widgets. Lumee never writes health data and never uploads it to our servers or any third party.

3.3 Reminders

If you use the to-do tool, Lumee requests access to Apple Reminders to read the titles of incomplete items and show them in the widget. Lumee does not modify or upload your reminders.

3.4 Notifications

With notifications on, Lumee can send a local morning notification built from weather and horoscope data on your device. If you allow notifications, the app also registers for Apple push notifications and sends the push device token, together with the anonymous user ID, app version and platform, to our server so we can send announcements and refresh widgets in the background.

4. Data Sent to Our Server

Our server receives only the following and never your name, photos, location or health data:

  • Anonymous user ID: Randomly generated on first launch, stored on your device and in iCloud key-value storage, and registered with our server when the app launches. You can view and copy it in Me → About LUMEE.
  • Usage statistics: App open and leave events, time spent, and randomly generated visitor and session IDs, used to understand usage and improve the app. There is currently no in-app switch to turn this off; to have it deleted, email us with your user ID.
  • Push token: As described in 3.4, sent only if you allow notifications.
  • Feedback: The message you send from Contact Us, the optional email address you enter, and your anonymous user ID.

5. Other Services the App Connects To

These services receive only the request needed to provide content, plus network information such as your IP address that any connection carries, and handle it under their own privacy policies:

  • Apple WeatherKit — weather data
  • Open-Meteo — weather data (fallback and widget updates)
  • ipapi.co — approximate location from IP when location access is not granted
  • open.er-api.com — exchange rates (only the base currency you choose is sent)
  • BBC News RSS — world news headlines; tapping a story opens the BBC website in your browser
  • Cloudflare R2 — downloading style, banner and sticker configuration
  • Apple StoreKit — in-app purchases and offer code redemption

Horoscope readings and daily quotes are generated on your device without contacting a third party.

6. In-App Purchases

Lumee Pro is purchased through the Apple App Store. Payment, refunds and transaction records are handled by Apple. Lumee checks your entitlement with Apple on the device and never receives your card or payment details.

7. Children’s Privacy

Lumee does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Photos and widget settings on your device are kept until you delete the widget or the app. Widget settings synced to iCloud can be managed through iOS iCloud storage settings.
  • The anonymous user ID, usage statistics, push token and feedback on our server are kept until no longer needed to operate the service or until you ask us to delete them. Email us with the user ID shown in About LUMEE and we will delete the related data.

9. Your Rights

You can:

  • Revoke location, Health, Reminders, Photos or notification access at any time in iOS Settings
  • Delete widgets, photos and in-app data
  • Email us to access or delete server data linked to your user ID

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will update the date on this page; for material changes we will notify you in the app where appropriate. Your continued use of Lumee after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
